SOCIAL EVENTS PROGRAM

 

• Monday, June 1^st:
  Welcome reception at the Rectorat
• Tuesday, June 2^nd:
  Conference dinner at the restaurant Sarika
• Wednesday, June 3^rd:
  Leisure time activities - rafting Šarman Ožbolt, wine testing and dinner Meranovo
• Thursday, June 4^th:
  Free evening - short city tour (if enough candidates), 19.00 - 20.00
• Friday, June 5^th:
  Long city tour (if enough candidates), 12.00 - 14.00
  Theater visit  Zorba The Greek ballet (five years in program) - not included in the conference fee, 19:30

 

Participation fee covers full conference service package:

• welcome reception June 1^st,
• daily buffet lunches,
• dinners according to the social program,
• coffee break services from June 2^th to June 5^th,
• leisure time activities,
• conference books (preprint in the conference, final conference book published after the conference),
• conference material.
